Referral for Supported Employment Services can be initiated by anyone by obtaining a Referral for Services Form, Completing Section I & Returning It To The Folder Teacher. Download the Referral Packet (PDF format).

OUR SERVICE PROVIDES:

  • Recruitment of qualified applicants for employers.
  • Assistance with training, managing, and accommodating new employees.
  • Job analysis services to determine the essential functions of the job and accommodations, which promote efficiency.
  • On-going support services from a qualified employment team as long as need on-site.
  • Diversity awareness training.
